Refund & Cancellation Policy
Let There Be Light Studio
We understand that life happens and plans can change. Our goal is to be as fair and flexible as possible while also protecting our time and services.
Deposits
• A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and time.
• This deposit ensures your booking is reserved and that we turn away other inquiries for your date.
Cancellations
• If your event is paid in full and you need to cancel, you will receive a refund of all payments made minus the $100 deposit.
• If your event is canceled more than 30 days in advance, we’re happy to work with you on the deposit this may be applied to a future date or partially refunded depending on the situation.
Rescheduling
• We understand plans change! If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability.
• Deposits can typically be transferred to a new date if notice is given in advance.
No-Shows / Same-Day Cancellations
• Cancellations made on the day of the event or failure to show will result in no refund.
